We provide the Vandedrome (a portable cycling track measuring 154-166 meters with 48-51 degree banking in the turns), 8 two-man Madison teams, 8 sprinters, and the racing and entertainment program. Organizer provides local contacts and management and has responsibility for the financial budget ($350,000 est.) generated through the sale of advertising, VIP catered entertainment services, exhibitor space, merchandise, food and beverage concessions, and admission tickets (8,000 est. breakeven depending on other sales).
